The staff were very polite, and helpful. I felt relaxed the moment I walked into the office to collect my room key. My room was cosy. I would have liked if the internet could reach my room. But the signal could not travel that far. The bed was very comfy. And I loved the mini fridge as I was able to buy food and keep them in there. The park was very clean, as were the kitchen and laundry room. I would definitely go there again.

Lovely cool air con for the heat in summer and the pool looked beautiful (didn’t get time to use). Everything needed in cabins was supplied and the cabins were roomy.

Bathroom was massive loved the shower , tv worked and had signal , no road traffic noise heard , blinds are the best / kept room dark but was light outside tricked me into extra sleep ....

Noisy fridge ,switched off when went to bed was OK then ,single bed was OK......

The Cabin was very clean and a good size for myself, with the bed linen fresh and clean and a very comfortable as were the pillows. I would recommend Glenwood Park as a enjoyable place to stay, with friendly staff and good facilities.

Everything was excellent for my stay.

It was a nice sized cabin for our family. Clean and tidy. Close to the centre of Grafton and the Base Hospital. We were there for me to have surgery. We'll probably stay here again when next in Grafton.

Nice quiet location ( mooing of cattle counts as peaceful). Good value, amenities close to cabin, clean and uncrowded. Bed comfortable.

No problems, as advertised. Wished we had realised the camp kitchen was so well equipped, only realised in the morning.

We needed upgrading as they didn't know that we were disabled and could not use stairs. The staff were extra kind to us. The room was ideal for us.

We would have liked some face washers. All the rest was excellent.

Convenience of location. Nice outlook onto the pool. Had its own bathroom. Had a great Television. Microwave and Fridge was very convenient as we were able to dine in our room. the bed was comfortable and it also had a good air conditioner.

Location was easily accessible, quiet and pleasant. It was perfect for me with my dogs, vehicle was close to room and fantastic area to walk the dogs. Room comfortable and suited me perfectly. Aircon, kettle and toaster worked and were very handy.

The microwave kept beeping so I had to unplug it. Did work ok when needed though.

Pet friendly with large spaces to walk dogs. Clean with excellent products provided in kitchen and bathroom. Showers were nice and hot. Undercover area for car or dogs.

We didn’t get to try the pool as was big storm.
